Perry Raanan, P.E. has over 40 years of experience in nearly every facet of the construction industry with particular expertise in design and build development, pre-construction services/business development, self-performing general contracting, engineering, and project management for many distinguished clients on a wide range of high profile projects. Includes projects with values exceeding $180 million for hotels, resorts, major shopping centers, luxury high rises, and industrial construction. Projects include Four Seasons hotel* in San Francisco, The Venetian Hotel* in Las Vegas and Ko’olani Towers in Honolulu. Raanan has been featured in several publications including the Los Angeles Times.
During his distinguished career, Raanan has introduced novel materials and techniques, such as construction using light gauge metal framing. He has pioneered methods to save historical and/or earthquake-damaged buildings from demolition, such as the Everett Apartments in Portland, Ore. and the Radisson hotel in Sherman Oaks, Calif.
